1. What data is collected

Only what you choose to send when you contact us by messenger, phone or email:

• your name or however you choose to introduce yourself;
• phone number, Telegram or WhatsApp identifier, email address;
• the content of your message, including the vehicles and budget you are interested in;
• anonymised visit data (see section 5).

We do not collect special category data, biometric data, or payment card details through this website.

2. Why it is used

• to reply to your enquiry and source vehicles for you;
• to prepare a quotation and proforma invoice;
• to conclude and perform a contract of sale;
• to improve the website using aggregated statistics.

3. Legal basis and retention

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by sending an enquiry, and as necessary to perform a contract you are party to. Data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Sharing

Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It may be passed to parties strictly necessary to fulfil your order — freight forwarder, customs broker, inspection company — or where required by law. For orders delivered to Russia and Central Asia, contract and payment are handled by our partner company in Russia; your data required for that contract is shared with them for that purpose only.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and web analytics (Yandex.Metrica) to collect anonymised visit data: pages viewed, referral source, device type. This does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

• ask what data we hold about you;
• ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• withdraw consent at any time.
